This privacy policy applies to the RPG Tasks app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Pavlo Protsenko (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device
• A device advertising identifier (Advertising ID) and related device data, used to serve advertisements (see "Advertising" below)
• Account information you provide, such as your name, email address, and age

The Application does not gather precise location information from your mobile device. Advertising partners may use approximate (coarse) location as described in the "Advertising" section.

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name and email address. This information is retained and used as described in this privacy policy.

The Service Provider works with third-party services that help operate, improve, and monetize the Application. Some information — including advertising identifiers, device data, and usage data — is transferred to these advertising and analytics partners as described in this policy. Account data (such as name, email, and user ID) is processed to provide the Application's features and is not sold.

The Application uses AdMob, provided by Google, to display advertisements. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its advertising partners may collect and process your device's advertising identifier (Advertising ID), IP address, approximate (coarse) location, and information about your interactions with ads. This data may be used to deliver personalized advertising.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the Application presents a consent message that lets you accept or decline the use of your data for personalized advertising before ads are shown. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time.

You can also limit or reset your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized advertising, through your device settings (on Android: Settings → Google → Ads). Premium subscribers do not see advertisements.

The Application offers optional premium subscriptions and a one-time purchase. Payments are processed by Google Play; the Service Provider does not receive or store your payment card details. The Service Provider uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and entitlements, which may process your purchase history and an app-specific user identifier for this purpose.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

Depending on your location (including the EEA and UK), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing such as personalized advertising. You can delete your account and associated data within the Application, or contact the Service Provider at 03ppcv@gmail.com.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it, using the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the app marketplace.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data, please contact them at 03ppcv@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information, and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes and maintains. Data is encrypted in transit.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of changes by updating this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly; continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy, now and as amended.
