These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RPG Tasks application ("Application") provided by Pavlo Protsenko ("Service Provider"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
RPG Tasks is a personal productivity application designed to help users organize tasks, build habits, track progress, and use RPG-style gamification. You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating or updating your account.
The Application offers a free tier and may offer paid premium products under the name "RPG Tasks Premium." Available products may include an auto-renewable monthly subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase.
For applications downloaded through the Apple App Store, use of the Application is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA .
Eligible purchases can be restored using the "Restore Purchases" option available in the Application. Purchases must be restored using the store account originally used to complete them.
The free version may contain advertisements and limitations on certain features. Available free and premium features may change as the Application is updated.
You retain ownership of content you create in the Application, including tasks, projects, skills, notes, and related personal data. The Service Provider does not claim ownership of your content.
The Application, including its design, software, graphics, branding, and RPG elements, is owned by the Service Provider or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access when a user violates these Terms, abuses the Application, or creates a security risk. You may request account deletion through the Application settings.
Deleting an RPG Tasks account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Store subscriptions must be canceled separately through the applicable store account.
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Application.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the Application or by updating this page. Continued use of the Application after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the Service Provider operates, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of your country or region.
